This page explains how to request deletion of a Loving Art & Company account for our consumer apps, including Family Legacy Game and other apps where you sign in with an account.

If an app does not require an account (for example, games that store data only on your device), uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes that local data. This page covers account-based apps only.

How to request account deletion

To delete your account and associated personal data, follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@lovingartandcompany.com from the email address tied to your account, or use the contact section on our website.
2. Include the name of the app (for example, Family Legacy Game) and a clear request to delete your account.
3. Tell us the email address or sign-in method you used so we can locate the correct account.
4. If you are requesting deletion for a family member or guest participant, say so and include any relevant details (family name, invite email, or guest display name).
5. We will confirm your request and process it. You do not need to keep the app installed while we complete deletion.

What we delete

When your deletion request is verified and processed, we delete or anonymize account-related personal data, which may include:

• Your account profile (name, email, and sign-in identifiers)
• Family or organization membership tied to your account
• Prompt answers, story content, and media you uploaded through the app
• Guest participant records and invite links associated with your family circle
• App preferences and settings stored on our servers

What we may retain

Retained data is limited to what is necessary and is not used for marketing. Where possible, we separate retained records from active account data.

We may keep certain information when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Records needed for fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution
• Billing, tax, and accounting records related to purchases (handled in part by Apple or Google)
• Information we are legally required to keep
• De-identified or aggregated data that no longer identifies you

Children and guest participants

Family Legacy Game and similar apps are designed for families. Account creation, billing, and family organization are intended for adults, parents, or guardians. Children may participate as guests through an account managed by a parent or guardian.

If you are a parent or guardian and want to review or request deletion of a child's personal information — including guest answers or family story content — contact us using the steps above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent where required by law.

Processing your request

We process verified deletion requests as promptly as we can. We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting an account. If we cannot verify your request, we will let you know what additional information is needed.

Inactive accounts may be automatically deleted after a period of inactivity, as described in our app store listings.
